How the Beauty Fiesta Expo Sale Reflects the Henatenn Spirit and Culture

Ever had something so nice, that you needed to have it twice?

Our 2024 BeautyFiesta Atrium Sales Event was so popular that we extended it another weekend!

This year, our atrium sales event took place at Singapore Expo for the first time, spanning across 2 weekends (26–28 July and 2–4 August).

Henatenn’s annual Atrium Sales Event is one of our cornerstone events. It brings together employees, partners, and customers to celebrate beauty products and make our #KampungSpirit come alive.

2024’s Atrium Sale marks a huge Henatenn milestone as it’s the first time we’ve hosted this event at a venue as big as Singapore Expo. Wenlong, a Regional Director, shared how he has been part of every Atrium Sales Event for the past seven years: 

“I was with the organization for seven years. I’ve been involved in this event for each of those years and this is the only year we have started to try out and kick off the event in Expo.”

The success of this year’s event was measured not only in sales figures but also in the excitement it generated. With huge discounts and a solid online presence, people were already lining up with luggage bags at the ready as early as 8 AM. As Justin, from Henatenn’s Chief of Staff puts it: 

“I think it's super motivating. You can see the number of people who are actually interested in our products, and they even come early to queue before we open the doors.”

Due to the overwhelming response, the Beauty Fiesta at Expo was extended to include the weekend of the 2nd to the 4th of August, a testament to its popularity and the efficient execution by our teams. As our co-founder, Eugene Tay, posted:

This huge success is made possible by the strength of our company: our people. Their collaboration, dedication, and passion drive our successes—including this year’s atrium sale. 

Henatenn Collaborative Culture at the Forefront

One of the most remarkable aspects of the Atrium Sales Event is how it brings out the best in our people. At Henatenn, teamwork is more than just a buzzword—it’s part of the Henatenn Spirit. Agnes, a Finance Manager at Henatenn, says:

“Our staff have this Henatenn Spirit, like all of us are doing their roles, but they’re also helping each other. I also look for the atrium sales for the event, of course.”

Catherine, from the procurement department, added:

“We also enjoy the moment of being together and partnering together. When we see the result I think we get satisfaction from that.”

This level of cross-departmental collaboration is a hallmark of our culture, where everyone, regardless of their role, contributes to the collective success. As Carmen Li, the  Chief Human Resources Officer, put it: 

“All our staff are deployed from the office into the whole event...that includes packing, preparing, cashiering, and selling our products, as well.” 

Our leadership is deeply involved in every aspect of it. Our co-founders Eugene Tay and Ben Lim could also be seen manning sales booths, engaging customers, and managing the cashiers throughout the Beauty Fiesta on both weekends.
