Lyndon is a dynamic business professional with 15 years of leadership experience in private equity and corporate C-suite roles. Notably, in private equity, he excelled as an Operating Partner, specializing in executing cross-functional growth initiatives and spearheading transformation and turnaround projects.

Lyndon is currently the CFO of Henatenn Holdings, a leading private equity-backed FMCG group that has established itself as a key regional player over the past decade by strategically focusing on the premium beauty and fragrance segment. He acts as a strategist and partner to the business, leveraging his proven Operating Partner experience in value creation as Henatenn embarks on a new chapter in its transformation journey. 

Previously, Lyndon served as CEO at CFA Society Singapore, where  he was tasked with the urgent revitalization of the organization's declining in-house education division. Prior to that, he was the CFO of Janio Asia, a hypergrowth logistics-tech startup backed by several top VC funds. There, Lyndon played a crucial part in formulating operational processes, establishing a repeatable sales process, adopting a data-driven approach to decision-making and successfully scaling the business for fundraising.

Outside of his professional life, Lyndon volunteers as an Alpha Course facilitator at his local church, where he and his team lead small group discussions among people with diverse beliefs and backgrounds. Drawing from his year-long study of philosophy and world religions, he helps create a welcoming space for open, respectful conversations about life’s big questions.
