Justin began his career in finance, building a strong foundation in financial reporting, accounting processes, and business partnerships. With over 15 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics and e-commerce, he developed expertise across Southeast Asia and China, viewing finance as a core driver of business value, not just a "cost center."

Throughout his career, he has led key initiatives, such as revamping the procure-to-pay process, implementing financial dashboards that enhanced regional monitoring. As a regional finance lead, he consistently met financial reporting KPIs, demonstrating a focus on efficiency and performance.

These accomplishments paved the way for his transition to Chief of Staff, where he now provides strategic oversight to the CEO’s office. He is passionate about fostering strong collaboration across departments, going beyond his own role to support collective goals and improve organizational efficiency. Justin thrives on working with diverse teams to align business objectives and drive impactful change.

Beyond work, Justin enjoys traveling, exploring different cultures, and using these experiences to broaden his leadership and collaborative approach.
