Coming from a family deeply rooted in the vehicle spare parts trading business, Jarius grew up learning the importance of communication, negotiation, and building lasting relationships. This background shaped his approach to business, where empathy and teamwork are at the core of what he does. He pursued Aerospace Electronics and graduated from Temasek Polytechnic, which gave him a solid foundation in problem-solving and technical expertise. He strongly stands for values like communication, relationship-building, and emotional intelligence, which are integral to both his personal and professional life. 

With over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry, Jarius is a seasoned professional who has amassed business acumen in trading luxury cosmetics and sales strategies. His reach expands beyond Singapore to other regions across the globe, including America and the Middle East.  

Jarius is one of the pioneer team members who helped build Neferti to who she is today and is currently spearheading a multi-national sales team to penetrate markets and source for new business opportunities across the globe.  

In 2014, He began his career at Neferti as a junior sales member, deeply inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit of the bosses, Ben, and Eugene. Their business acumen shaped his journey, and over time, he evolved through the professional guidance of many great mentors. During the pandemic in 2020, his team of four faced unprecedented challenges, but they emerged and rose above the challenges. In 2021, they successfully expanded into new regions and the the team grew from four to eight. 

Jarius’ goal is to help every member of his team become a strong leader, capable of taking the business to new heights. He envisions a legacy where "Business is made easy through generations," ensuring that the company continues to grow and evolve with time. 
Outside of his professional life, he cherishes spending quality time with his beloved family and his pet (Lucky), finding balance and joy in these moments.
