The enquiry form collects the details you provide:

- Company
- Website or Instagram
- Market of interest
- Phone / WhatsApp
- Message
- Business and enquiry type
When you press Send enquiry, your text is saved securely and an email notification is queued for our team. Files and attachments are not accepted. We retain limited security information to prevent misuse. This private preview also uses company sign-in; it does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To route your enquiry to the right group business — Neferti, Novela, DTB or Beureka.
- To respond to you.
- To keep records of the conversation.
Who we share it with
Your details are used by authorised Henatenn staff to handle your enquiry. Microsoft Azure provides the hosting, private storage and email notification services. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
During this private preview, enquiry records are retained for staff review and follow-up. Contact us below if you want a record corrected or removed. The retention policy will be reviewed before public launch.
Your rights under the PDPA
You may ask us to:
- Show you the personal data we hold about you (access).
- Correct it if it is wrong (correction).
- Stop using it (withdrawal of consent).
